Tab power crapped out

So while running Temple of the Spider Queen (epic) a few days ago, my Tab power (Unstoppable as I'm a GWF) totally stopped working for me. Full meter, couldn't activate. This happened on our next two tries, and was a huge pain in the *** as it severely hampered my DPS. We won anyway, thankfully.
Anyway, next day I logged in and went to an open world map, and it worked fine. Anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it if it happens again? I already submitted a bug report btw.
