Companion Sugestions

So far the Trickster Rogue has been my favorite class to play. I love the action and constant movement. **** I even love that last time I did Idris we didn't have a GF I had to "Rogue tank" since I have no agro mitigation because I have been doing a lot of PvP. Keeps it interesting when the boss is following around the squishy DPS. I seem to be getting a handle on the class and am just wondering what are suggestions for a good PvE companion before I throw down some cash on one. I like the way the Acolyte of Kelemvor looks but want to see if any other rogue has tried it? Thoughts?

Its hard to beat the basic cleric. Even at 60, when she is dead after 2 seconds in every fight, she still gets back up and tops you off for the next pull, saving potions and keeping you at full health for free. The AOK is not a healer, it buffs your defenses but you would still have to chug potions every couple of pulls. That is all I really ask for at 60, is to be healed between fights, I can handle it from there.

I really like her too but it sucks that right now she caps out at 15. Was just seeing if there were option till they let us buy the training manuals.

PvE wise for dungeons Ioun Stone of Allure or Cat

    Reason:
    - 2-3k extra stats while summoned
    - can't die but won't do anything else ('deco pet')
    - won't pull any mobs you might want to skip

She heals 20% no matter what level. Its better than the over time heal from (most, if not all?) player clerics! There are other options but the level 30 dps pets vs level 60 mobs do the exact same thing the cleric does: die.

Stat pets are nice too, if you can afford one. I still prefer the cleric solo, but if you are doing 5 man stuff, the stat pets are superior by far.
