Okay, not quite sure where PWE is going with this. You know, we've defended you in the past. We've defended the mistakes, the blunders, the clear oversights but now you're really starting to tick us off. After spending $60.00 on a Founders Pack (which to others may be a small amount, but to is is not) we go inside to find.. lo and behold one of the items is buggy and clips pretty terribly.

But.. the general practice of business goes..

YOU DON'T SELL DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.

Now admittedly, we're probably a bit more miffed about this than we should be.. but come on! This is something so simple, why haven't you fixed it yet?

Fix the freaking mask please. It wouldn't take much effort and it really doesn't reflect well that one of the advertised items and features of the pack is more or less defective.

    And we really do want to love you guys, we really do. We just keep getting disappointed. ;-; It's beating the love out of us.
