I dont see how you can get the poses with screenshot b4 the warrior returns to normal stance....plus, I can never get my
GF to strike towards the camera so I CAN get a good shot....you all are talented haHAhaha
I've been working on my GF for the last couple of days and am trying to find a good look for her. Thinking traditional fantasy dwarf, but it's hard finding a good helmet. I know I've seen an open face helm with horns, but can't remember if it was for GF or GWF. Beyond that, in either this thread or the unique gear thread, I saw an open faced helm (wrote down plate helm +2, think it's from crafting.) Any suggestions for helms that don't scream knight or chaos warrior?

indomitable Warrior has horns, but it is a closed helm. Think you are thinking of a GWF.
Open Helms I know of:
Redcap Blood Helm - Drop from Sharandar Skirmish Chest, open w/ wings on sides
Plate Helm +1,2,3,4. Helm of Wellbeing - All pretty much the same
Hat of the Pirate Horde - Pirate Hat
Spider Helm/Full Helm of the Spider - Open faced "cap"
Shadow Wolf Headdress - Wolf head on top of your noggin
"It is said that idle hands are the Devil's tools: Idle geek hands, however, came up with gunpowder, nuclear weapons, and toilet plungers." -Illiad
Thanks. It's been awhile since I've seen the horned helm. From what I remember, it looked like the one Hrimir wears. The Indomitable helm is what I mean by Chaos Warrior, it reminds me of the old 80's Citadel figures. The Redcap helm looks nice but it's not really what I want and insanely hard to get. Not sure if I've seen the Spider helmets, but the name isn't promising, pirate hats belong on half-orcs only and no to the wolf hat.
I'm sure that the Plate Helm of some level will be cheap enough on the AH to equip and check out when I get a chance. If not, I can farm some Lion seals pretty easy.

The Helm of Wellbeing is the same as the helm from crafting, apparently. That's what I was talking about regarding the Lion seals, as that's where it comes from, or at least some of them. It's only 10 seals, so I ran through normal CT and then farmed the rest through bounty markers. It looks pretty good.
For a shield, I wanted something round and went with the redcap shield, as it is neither too plain nor too fancy. Unfortunately, it doesn't touch my character, which I didn't notice until after transmuting. It still looks better than the Timeless shield, regardless. I may look for a replacement for her armor at some point, but the Valiant Warrior chest piece looks ok and this character doesn't have a ton of AD at the moment anyway.

Very Cool Apperence u using Valiant set ? how it works for u ? can u answer this question here
I don't really have any insight into that. It's the only epic set she's worn, actually the only level 60 armor as she was rolled pre-Feywild. Apart from CT seal farming and skirmishes, she only solos. Lots of fun to play but I never learned to tank while leveling up. Maybe some day when the climate changes and I have time to learn.

Thanks bud! I really don't like some of the over-the-top armor looks this game has. Some of it just doesn't look like it belongs in the DnD universe at all. Too gaudy and robotic.... I'm old school - less is more.
Here's that outfit's list of items:
Head: Tempered Champion's Helm (Auction house)
Chest: Unrelenting Armor (Auction house)
Arms: Plate Gauntlets +5 (Auction house)
Feet: Piercing Valiant Greaves (Auction house)
Neck: Cloak of the High Council (Auction house)
Waist: Bone Belt (Auction house)
Shirt: Fancy Plate Gambeson (Auction house)
Pants: Fancy Plate Trousers (Auction house)
Shield: Steel Shield +2 (Auction house / cheap)
Weapon: Sinister Spear (1000 Turlamane bars / vendor)
Dye specifics:
1. To get the look on the shield I first used Winter dye to get the edging white/gold as possible. Then I applied a red dye to the primary. This was the only way to make the details of this shield's edges show up as nice.
2. The legs and shirt I used a Harvest dye and then a black dye over the secondary and a red dye over the primary. The reason I used Harvest was because it's shade on the accent is super bright silver.
3. The Unrelenting armor first had a Devoted Cleric dye applied and then 2 black dyes applied to primary and secondary. This left the accent still a brighter silver.
4. All other armor has Guardian Fighter dye tub applied to helm, gloves, and feet.

Although I'm not big on DnD, I fully agree with you.
Thanks for the extensive post, I know exactly what to go for now!

Best helm for dwarfs imo like 100 ad on AH rare.
