Q: Where are status and downtime details provided in the forums?

I just saw the following message posted on the main page:

"We will be performing shard maintenance on May 30th from 7:00-8:30 AM PDT (1400-1530 UTC). Please check the forums for more information."

After looking about in the forums, both here and in the PW tech support forums, I have yet to find the additional details or even a notice. Would some kind person please direct me to the forum or sub-forum where official status and down time information is posted?

    They are normally found in the "Patch Notes" section (go figure), but there are no notes up as of my typing this.
