Missing Adventurer's Reward Box and no responses to help calls

This weekend I leveled from 25 to 26 which opened my Adventurer's Reward Box again. On the screen for changes to leveling I had the message to click to open the box. I heard the noise of the box opening and received the message that my next box would be at level 32, but there was nothing in my bag. Not only hadn't I received anything from the box but the new didn't appear. The message was still on my leveling screen to open the box but of course that did nothing. I have since leveled again and the same message to open the box is there, but no box.

Now naturally I tried to report the problem immediately and received the message that no help was available and to email. Well I did that, and while I know customer service is swamped, I am still waiting for a reply. Finally on Tuesday it allowed me to use the help feature in the game to report it but that still has not given me a resolution.

What I guess I am most concerned with isn't the box or the rewards from them, but the long wait times. What if I were stuck somewhere and couldn't get out does that mean that for almost a week I wouldn't be able to play? Seems that maybe that needs to be addressed as well.

I would love to find out what the answer is on the reward box. Anyone have a clue?
