Why only 2 payment options? seriously i dont want to make a paypal account just for that....i shouldbe able to use my credit card.

    you don't need to have an actual paypal account. If you use that option you can continue without creating an account. Although straight up credit card would probably be easier...

    Probably because paypal does not honor disputes on digital goods over $4 :p

    Says on the payment page:

    Both payment methods can process credit card transactions without you having to create an account.
