There are still tons of people playing Neverwinter, but a large portion of the hardcore MMO crowd either quit the game completely, stopped playing for now (because there is little end-game content and they're already geared out), or got banned for exploiting. Also, Dragon server is known to be the place where a lot of the most popular Twitch streamers and their viewers rolled on. Most of the big Twitch streamers got banned for exploiting, so their legion of followers left the game with them.

I'm still playing. I'm playing a little bit less, but that's cause I'm a little burned out!

I was enjoying playing a bit "slowly" while levelling my character, but then my friends and guildmates were all rushing to 60 and already doing T2 and I didn't want to be left behind. So I rushed to 60 too, and now i'm just taking my time, doing Foundry's at my own pace, farming slowly, doing occasional T2's for DD or without a DD.

That's why I love the cap level! I can relax and play casually, which is something I can't do while levelling!

Besides, it's a F2P game! There's no subscription fee so I don't feel pressured to play all the time to get my money's worth! Just because people aren't playing 7 days a week doesn't mean they quit! Most of us have lives outside of the game!

    It takes **** too long.
1000's of people on server... still have to wait 30 minutes to join.
But yeah, I still play and will play.

The fastest way to burn out is to rush to end game.

If your looking for just end game raiding, fork out the 15 bucks a month and play WoW. They cater to their end game crowd, and have enough resources to do it well.

This game is awesome for casual play and to see what the player base has created.

I always do all the quests in an area before moving to the next one. So basically I'm perpetually outleveling the queue for every dungeon I need and it takes a while to find a squad. Well more accurately I find a squad in a few min, then risk getting chat banned for spamming zone chat looking for a cleric for a half hour.

Though I haven't found even one person in the last 3 times I logged on to do the Spellplague Caverns. The only zone chat I see is a smattering of German every couple minutes. If I see even 30 people in the zone combined its a rarity.

I mostly log in to professions, because I don't use the gateway, because its bugged, easily exploited by hackers apparently, and anything that seeks to DETER PLAYERS FROM LOGGING ON TO PLAY is just questionable game design.

I play at night where I live (between 1:00AM and 4:00AM forum time) and I have never really had a problem queueing. Last night, I was queued for less than two seconds (no joke). The night before less than a minute. The longest time I have ever spent queueing was when I was introducing a friend to the game and it took four minutes. I spent most of those minutes telling him that the waiting time was not common. Just thought I'd share my experience.

Yes queuing in Dragon or mybe other servers takes several minutes. Earlier I queued in skirmish aberrant assault because the event is going on I was waiting for 25 mins. nothing is happening. Then I waited for the next skirmish event same happened I only waited for 15 mins cos im so frustrated already. Also I decided to stop playing these game until they have fix things that must be done. Especially the ABILITY SCORES BUG my character is already 60 so its hard to delete it and make a new just because of that freaking bug.:(

No..no one is is playing, the hundred and twenty five instances of Protectors Enclave is all an illusion.

Actually, it can be. Other games have been called out for adjusting server load numbers to give the illusion of being more full. 125 instances could only be holding 500 people (or less). Ive stood in PE and counted, never really managing to get past about 200 launch week, and a few times thereafter with even less. You can adjust a load return just as easy as you could load stats and allow them to be held/read from in the clients memory.

Check the instances THOUSANDS are playing . No the question is is anyone queuing and if not whats putting them off?

No..no the latest from the astroturfers (sorry but if you are spending twelve to sixteen hours a day on a forum just to bash a game that you claim you're not playing you are either getting paid or have some serious issues) these instances don't really have people in them... it's all Cryptic making us think other people are playing.

    Dear Cryptic,

Since you have this amazing AI that can perform the functions of actual players down to the voice conversations in Dungeons, could you please apply that to your companions?

Me love you long time if you do.
