daft question - Founders Pack

so i had a few pc troubles and have only just managed to sort it to get back in since beta test weekends. i bought a founders pack but don't seem to have it, am i supposed to claim it from somewhere?

    there is a founders pack merchant in protector's enclave, up in the north western corner, opposite seargeant Knox. You also get many items sent to you via in game mail.

    I believe it is mail box after level 6 if I recall?

    can get as soon as you are in protector's enclave, but some items only open or allow you to use them at higher levels.

    If you dont want to wait for the mail, you can also check with the "Founders Agent"
