Massive cooldowns after being interrupted

I am playing a Devoted Cleric. Sometimes, while playing pvp, I'll get interrupted during the cast of Astral shield in divine mode and all my spells are put on a 2min cooldown. Last time I was interrupted by a TR, but I believe the time before that it was a GF.
