This site is often screwed up. Sometimes the letters in the names are on top of each other. Sometimes, as in now, I cant access any tasks beyond the rare ones. I tried to log in with another browser, and while I was sent an access code, I cant type the letters in the box.
Also, the AH search function also is screwed up and only works sporadically (its ability to search for items within the specified range seems to work randomly
Please hire people who know how to code software.

I like how people who actually went and dumped the 200 on this game are so quick to defend. I for one am having severe buyers remorse for every penny I've spent, not because of this but its just an observation.
Go ahead and accept you messed up and the sting will go away soon. No need to fan boy it will only make the inevitable hurt more. We all should have known better before we gave any money to perfect world.

What browser(s) are you using?
I'm using Chrome/IE at work and Chrome/Firefox at home.
I normally don't have any issues with Chrome, aside from it occasionally doing as the OP has experienced and only showing Rare jobs. (Usually clicking to another profession and back corrects this for me...)
I also however (quite often) see only some of the available jobs, the rest are hidden within the frame, and the next page buttons are missing.
I have almost no problems with FF at home, so am installing here at work and will use it the remainder of the day to see if I have any issues with it...
(Not being able to type into the box, was that in IE? When I tried it here, I had to highlight the box and insert the code over it, for some reason IE was showing the text in the box as black instead of white like the other 2 browsers...)

Some of the scroll pages seem to have broken in a recent patch. My Leadership list seems to work correctly, but the Mailsmithing does not. Been having to use the search window both in-game and via the gateway. If you are only displaying rare tasks and not any basic tasks for any category, then it might be because all your task slots are full.

Where do you see me defending? The Gateway has issues and the OP pointed them out and I'm fine with that. I just don't think the comment at the end was necessary. But hey that's the "community" around here these days.
And just for clarification I have zero buyers remorse so I'm not sure the "sting" you are referring to. I'm having fun playing the game and will be working on character #3 soon.

Such a nice constructive post.
I have same problems, using Chrome. I tried to switch to IE, but couldnt type in the code I was sent. It is very odd how it works fine, then sometimes, there are only rare showing, then sometimes the page is cut off so you cant hit the page forward button at the bottom. Maybe FF is the way to go. You would think someone would have tested Chrome on the gateway site though.

The first part of your post is fine. Not sure the purpose of throwing that dig in there at the end though. Feel better?

Just go to another profession and back again. Do that more than once if it doesn't work the first time but it clears it up for me.
