Error : Attempting to connect to controller tracker

Hi,
When I log on the launcher the status says "Attempting to connect to controller tracker" but won't get past it.
Computer and modem/router have been rebooted - Still get this sexy message.
Anyone got this issue or have a idea on how to jostle the launcher a bit ?
