Max rank on enchant and runes?

Does Anybody know what is the max rank of runes/enchants? I thought it was 7 unitl I saw yesterder rank 8 enchants on AH!

Same for weapon and armor enchant, Tenebrous and Indomation, Are there "best" versions than "Greater" ones?

Can you find those "Super" versions on dungeons or only by fusing low ranked?

And besides that, Does it worth to go for max ranked?

I believe rank10 is the highest for echants. Not 100% on that.

Highest I've seen for wpn/armor enchants is Perfect. One tier above greater. Supposedly there is one above that as well, but that was just rumor I heard on someone's twitch stream. Perfect is for sure though.
