Account Compromised - Deleted Character - Support Redirect Loop - Absent Response

My account got compromised on 5/12.

Within a few hours I saw that my email addressed had been changed.

From what I can tell, the 'only' thing that the hacker did was delete my primary character (I initially thought they had transfered off my founder pack diamonds - apparently not)

While I'm sure I had to have done something stupid to have allowed my account to be compromised... I have no idea how or why the cryptic guard failed to prevent the 'hacker' from logging into my account.

That aside, I've not been able to get assistance from support: When I try to go to support at perfect world it redirect loops and I can't submit a ticket for support.

My wife submitted a support request the day of... and a couple days later got a lackluster response of: We'll look into it.

Now it's been another couple days.

I sent an email to support yesterday - Incident: 130516-002260 (found the email address here). But still haven't gotten any response...

It's killing me that I can't play my primary character. Yes - I'm sure there are a ton of other people with issues out there... but I can't help but think that the support loop issues I'm having are actually preventing me from responding to support so we can move the ball forward.

Sorry to be the one who breaks the news to you, but PWE hasn't been all too keen to reinstate people's characters that get deleted by hackers. Be prepared to get an email response (2 weeks from now ) that says something to the effect of, "We're sorry, but there's no way for us to reinstate your character."

I'm not trying to troll you when I say it would very likely take less time for you to level a completely new character to level 60, than wait for a response to your ticket, that probably won't contain anything you want to hear, anyway.
