Silenced for no Reason

The spam report feature in this game is completely ridiculous. I just got silenced for 24 hours for typing 3 words in zone chat, and no i was not spamming the same three words over and over. You should really just shorten the length of the silence if you aren't going to implement some way to stop people from griefing others for no reason.
