Character's primary abilites are all zero

Never seen this one before.

I logged in today after a few days not playing, and all my stats are at zero.

Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity, Wisdom, Constitution and Charisma all at zero.

Logged in again several hours later - the same.

What causes this? Do I have to make a new character to fix?

I can't play it this way - Id never hit anything.

What can I do????
