weapon enchants questions (lightning, vorpal, plague fire)

1. can the bonus damage from lightning/PF crit?

2. does the damage bonus apply to encounters and bleed?

3. can bleed proc chain lightning?

4. is the severity from vorpal additive, or multiplicative?


thanks in advance. any further info regarding their mechanics would also be appreciated
