Rough Astral Diamonds Disappearing

Has anyone else noticed that the Astral Diamonds you collect from the gateway disappear if you log out without refining them? Another problem is that I just collected 4000 rough AD from the gateway then I logged in to having 0 rough AD. They weren't auto refined as my previous AD amount was the same and I still had the maximum daily limit available to refine.
The quest box rewards always show up but who cares about that junk. Where are my rough diamonds?

    I was also wondering what was happening to my rough AD.

    A dev said that every so often rough ones will be auto refined, not sure if it's a gateway bug, but have you double checked and written down your actual AD in game?

    My Girlfriend mentioned the same thing to me the other day. I think we will start keeping a written log also.

    Enough people have been surprised by this we are going to get better messaging for this at some point.

    I haven't noticed any missing rough AD. Six hundred of my tarmalune bars decided to wander off, though.

    I've been seeing the same thing.. I thought it was just me. I run a lot of 1000+ raw AD missions and they're never there to refine.

    I haven't been able to track it down to auto refining or disappearing (5 characters makes it harder).

    After testing it out it seems to do a random auto refine if you log in and out constantly to pray on 5 characters. Also it seems to do another auto refine before the 24K limit resets.
    On another note it would be nice if you didn't have to log out to swap characters.
    Account shared bank would also be nice. Another 600 zen ya'll can swindle away from me if implemented.

    Try typing /gotocharacterselect. It works, but you have the wait the 15 seconds. At least the code is in there.
