It's fairly obvious that this wall was added in to force players to take longer routes through the zone. That's fine, if you want to make this area into Walking Simulator 2K14 you can do that.
But please actually change the area instead of throwing a wall at it.
Not only does the wall not show up on lowest graphics settings, revealing a fully modeled (though impassable) area behind it: the quest path doesn't account for it. In Watching It Burn, for example, just goes straight into the wall, and if you spent ANY length of time in Hotenow you know that someone asks about it every three minutes.
If you could take a break from releasing new dye packs to fix an obvious and oft-reported bug, it would be pretty cool.
