Epic Skirmishes....

..where are they? It seems to me that if you made an epic version of each skirmish, with the end boss dropping some loots (why this doesn't happen on normals amazes me, very anitclimatic) you would have provided a lot more content for people to run at 60 when they maybe dont have time for a delve or just enjoy skirmishes, want to do the daily etc.
Anyone know if anything has been said about this?

    I guess it's never been mentioned then :( shame I enjoyed a lot of the skirmishes while I was leveling
