Transferring items within my Characters

Is the postal system of sending items to yourself not working or never worked?
sending message to @pioneer18 just sends item to same character not throught all my characters or am i missing something here

    When you send an item to your handle all your characters can see it. Including the one that just sent it. That said your forum name isn't always your game handle. Unless you made them the same.

    well i did with the in game handle and i think the system is broke for now
    try sending urself something worthless to test it out. its not working

    oh wait, does all characters have to be on same server?
    i'm sending from beholder to dragon, that could be the problem?

    i bought a heavy nightmare mount for my new character & i'm willing to pay 5 gold for moving it from beholder to dragon server
    u can take my nightmare in beholder and give urs at dragon?
    anyone interested?
