Gearing up Companions

So I was curious, how should I be gearing up my companions now that I am 60? I went out and purchased a Cat for when I am in dungeons, and I still have my Cleric for when I do solo content like Foundry stuff.
I really enjoy the Foundry but when I hit 60 it became very very challenging to do even the simple dungeons, I am a CW by the way. Not sure which stats I should prefer on my cleric companion.
