As stated in the OP, we've existed under various names. Eminence is an incredibly common guild name; it's also a new one for us with our NWO expansion (my creativity ran out). Previously we were Legion of the Horde/Vodka (Blackgate) in GW2, Greatly Exaggerated (Hydraxis/various others) in WoW, (we've also got a handful of Death & Taxes people), and one or two other names in games pre-WoW.

Also, we're far too old and tired to nerdrage during progression runs.

I'm interested to join your guild. But I want to ask something first, how you guys coordinate which member join in party when DD comes?

Because, in my current guild, they always take their closest friends, or old members to join party when DD comes, and leave me new member alone. Even though I said I want join first.

We generally have between 10 and 20 members on at a time, so it's easily possible to run multiple DD groups. Our guild members have been carefully vetted through a detailed application and guild approval process; by the time you make it to member status, you'll be friends with most of the guild. There are no loners or outcasts. We work as a unified team.
