As I approach lvl 50 I continue look at the various collectibles I have gathered since lvl 1. I have no clue where to go with them. Can they be traded in for misc. stuff? Can they be sold off for copper? Are some of them needed for higher levels of crafting?
I have searched the forum, Wiki and whatever sites I can find but have yet to find anything. (ok...more times then not while looking I find a interesting thread and get derailed. :P)
Anyone have any idea what to do with these things? They are eating up alot of space I could use for these numerous potions, many in different levels of potency, runes for me and my companion, all in which are in various stages of fusing.

Does it say simply 'Treasure' on it? If so, you can sell it.
Mouse over it and read the description. Crafting items all say so (and go to the crafting tab).
Examples include chipped orc tooth, pewter mug and so on. Those are simply 'treasure'.
If it's something for a bounty (like a many arrows insignia), it will say so.
I bought more bag space, and then I bought some more bank slots.
I think the collectibles are kinda neat. It's my treasure!
The other night a character attempted to RP in a tavern I was resting in while I grabbed a snack. I just saw them in time to read their profile as they were logging out. I didn't get a chance to say anything, but got to read a really well-written (and formatted) character profile--something I don't see enough of. I sent an in-character letter along with one of my pewter mugs.
"Have a drink, mate!"
Got a nice reply back.

Elawyn, yes, they do say treasure. Think they are worded in two different ways amoung them. They are not the insignia. I'm just reluctant to sell them until I confirmed they had no purpose. Is my luck to go "Da....Dang! I had some of those but sold em."
Hmmm...very nice idea impervium. Being from the old 2D worlds I do miss the RP in 3D between players. Thank you for the wonderful suggestion. Maybe I will keep some of them. Just not a whole bag of em.
Grins ear to ear seeing the man has obviously been enjoying a mug...two of drink. Grabs up her own bag opening it wide.
I’ve got a few mugs. Pretty sure a few different kinds.
Finding one she pulls it free. First sniffing at the liquid she makes for sure it is has not soured. She does not question how the liquid managed to stay in the cup. Leaves it as just another great mystery of this fascinating world they live. Turning to the gent she raises her mug high.
