Ability scores not working properly!

Please fix these bug ASAP its really a big disadvantage. Why? since my ability scores aren't working like the dexterity other people have higher crit chance than me even if my critical is higher than them. My character have 900 critical while I saw another rogue who have 157 critical but his critical chance was 20.4% while mine is only 17% We're same class(Rogue) his only lvl 24 and I'm 44. We've emailed the customer service and still no reply that shows they'll fix it. Please I want these bug fix in the next patch if its possible. Thank you!
