Set bonuses STEALTH NERFED!

Take a look at all the 2 piece set bonuses on you're end game equips... they're now +111, down from +400! Nothing in the patch notes about this change. Was this garbage intended? If so, why?

    Let me guess, you weren't on a level 60? It changes based on your level.

    Easy now, take a deep breath and count to 10, you sent your set piece to an alt dident you? ;) alts wont see the full +400 before they are at level 60.
