This is a problem with the Gold-using Jewelry Merchant in the Coster Market. The level 38 GWF items Ring of Restoration and Amulet of Restoration both give Deflection, whereas their names suggest they should give Life Steal. The level 44 Ring of Restoration correctly gives Life Steal.
