Crashed in Epic Cragmire Crypts and character remained stuck in the instance until you are removed and log in to Blackdagger Ruins. Group was dealing the killing blow to the last boss and the game crashed out. Character remained stuck for about 10-15 minutes. Every time for the duration of the issue the instance loads and then the game immediately crashes again. Unable to send a crash report.
Other members of the group also experienced crashes as the group progressed through the instance
Another party member also experienced the same crash issue as the final blow was dealt to the final boss. They also continued to incure bodily damage until they were eventually kicked from the instance.
