Not getting AD off AH?

Hello, I recently sold 2 items for 79999 and 30000 AD, I recieved the email with notification my items were sold, but there was no AD in the mail... Anyone knows whats wrong? Can I get it elsewhere or is it just a bug?

    Any attachments in mail (items or AD) can only be retrieved at the Courier in Protector's Enclave by the Auction House. Look for the Letter symbol on your map.

    You figure this out? Because I turned in a quest for a daily skirmish and was supposed to get 3000 AD's and I didn't get em!!

    Thank you for the answer but I am not dumb. There is the email but it doesnt have any attachment with AD.

    Not sure how I, in any way, insinuated that you were dumb. If you went to the Courier, read the mail & it has no attachment with your AD...then the only other option I can suggest is support (which seems to be somewhat broken). Sorry about your frustration, I'd be frustrated with the situation too.
