If you try to measure the % of dmg from healing you can see it's not consistent as they have seperate rolls, on top of that bonus healing % boosts the heal, so I'm pretty sure it just has it's own healing value tacked on and scales seperately with stats.
I've also never seen mine crit heal larger than 2500-2600k tics in groups with massive dmg reduction buffs (enfeeble) being applied while the rest of my dmg is largely inflated.
So yeah, just throwing that out there, if someone feels like testing it more in depth lol.
Its based on the base damage of FF i believe its not modified by enemy armor debuffs and things like that i think its based on the tooltip damage or the crit version of the tooltip damage
I haven't tested it but from my anecdotal experience it generally does relate to the amount of damage done. So if I am hitting an enemy for 700 damage I am healing ~800 HP whereas if I am hitting an enemy for 550 damage I am only healing ~700 HP. Also crits are checked only once and that'll affect both damage and healing for ALL ticks.
I don't think however that damage is the only factor on how much it heals since it does heal more than the damage that it does from what I have seen.
