so, I have a level 29 GF and my lvl 26 TR. I do enjoy my GF a lot, maybe more so than my rouge. But, I keep reading/hearing others saying how useless GFs are (I did crypts on my rogue without a tank GF and it went fine) I would love to play my guardian a lot more but I hate the feeling that I would be useless and/or kicked out of groups all the time. which means 1)that's not fun 2) it would be a waste of time to level the guardian. any advice would be great

    Well if you plan on pug "Farming" T2's later on get your rogue up.

    Otherwise GF is pretty amazing from what I hear, especially in pvp.

    GF are OP in PvP but useless in PvE (If tank build) , Rogues are OP in all areas you choose.

    There are good GF out there but sadly they get kicked out of groups because of the majority isn't but still a party of just rogues cleric and cw is a safer bet.

    If you've got a good guild go with the GF

    If you're going to rely on pugs definitely TR

    Basically what they said above me:)
