Is there a FPS cap?

Is there an option for me to set NW to a FPS cap of 30? I am forced to play on a laptop, and I need to cap games at lower FPS to help keep heat down.

    There is. Look for it in the Troubleshooting options of the Video Settings menu.

    Just get software that will control your hardware's FPS cap. For example, you can get EVGA's Precision tool that will allow you to hard cap the FPS.

    I'll second Howitzer's call for Precision. It's a great tool.
