Where can i got to spend my pvp points? I looked in the pvp building and couldnt find anyone

    Trade of Blades, off to the left hand side of the training dummies.
    Vendor is behind the counter.

    Sun Coster's Market has a glory vendor that sells PvP only potions for glory.
    EDIT - standing beside regular potion vendor.
