How do you scroll through your titles in-game?

As the title says... if you go in your Character sheet in game, and select Edit Profile and then go to choose a title... well, I don't know about anyone else but my titles just go from the top to the bottom of the screen and there's no way for me to scroll through them...

Is this a resolution issue? I'm running at 1920x1080, as I assume a lot of people are.
