So the obvious note it anything that gives a heal will give AP...
BUT...
Less obvious, what about skills that by default don't normally heal, but after certain feats they do?
eg
Repurpose Soul procs a heal on a crit
Moon Touched now turns hallowed ground into a AoE heal
Invigorated Healing a addition healing proc after certain duration
will all 3 of these feats and there relevant skills proc Healing Action?
Hallowed Ground will not produce AP even with moon touched, like how Divine Encounters will not generate Divinity since they use it... also it'd make hallowed ground too OP, it's already stupidly powerful and potentially possible to get near to 100% up time on.

Basically, Healing word, Astral Shield, Bastion.
Probably Soothing Light too.
No other "Heals" technically give you ap besides these ones, so yeah.
