Are there any destructible objects in the Foundry? Something with health and doesn't fight back, which can be skinned into a variety of objects (i.e.: boulders, totems, doors, carts, tents, etc. . . ).
If I wish to have a cave blocked off by boulders and the players are to destroy the boulders to progress, how else might I accomplish this?
Or even target-able, indestructible objects, such as targeting dummies or something to channel energies into.

There are no items that you can "attack" or that have HP.
Depending on what you want to do there are other alternatives, using the idea above of clearing boulders you might put the boulders in place and give the player a "Dynamite" (or more fantasy equivalent) item to clear them, as below:
The boulders (just a single big rock blocking the way) would be made clickable with the following properties:
Visibility
Disappear When: "This component complete"
Interactable
Interact Text: "Clear the Boulders"
Animation: "Interact, normal"
Duration: "Medium" Required Item: "Dynamite" Interact Failure Text: "You require some sort of explosive to clear these boulders..." Consumer Required Item: [Optional] True or False
Note: Properties in bold are needed, other things are optional. If you want the player to use the Dynamite to clear more than one boulder then you don't have to have the item consumed. If they only use it for a single boulder then it can be consumed upon use so it isn't taking up room in their inventory.
Then at some point as either a quest item given by an NPC in your story, or as a random item they can click and pick up eg. use a barrel that when interacted with has the property of "Dropped Item: Dynamite" (make sure you make the item in your Items page first ).
So what happens?
Well if the player goes to the boulder and see it is interactable they hover over it and it says "Clear the Boulders", if they try to interact with it then it says "You require some sort of explosive to clear these boulders...". If you have the Dynamite option in your inventory then when you interact with the boulders then the "Disappear" visibility option triggers and the boulder disappears.
Trying this in with things such as an explosion effect (that appears when "Component Complete" and you select the boulder as your component) then the boulders will blow up instead of just disappearing.
Back to your other point, the only "attack" animation is a "Kick", which has its limitations. Nice to put on a door though if when you interact with it it suddenly disappears and another one appears lying on the floor as if you just kicked it off its hinges

The Answer:
So, actually, my answer was 100% accurate but thanks for trying to pointlessly correct me.
Actually looked more like a complete smackdown not 1-6d.
If people want to play the pedantic card, which someone just did, the answer does not specify in the Foundry, so the answer is wrong.
Q: Are there any cats in the car?
A: There are no cats.
This answer indicates there are no cats anywhere in the world. Thus the answer is wrong, as there are cats in the world. You need to add "in the car".
Or people could have a sense of humor and realize it's early in the morning and maybe people haven't had their coffee yet.
