Pvp cooldown bug

Hi!, I was doing some PVP when somebody hit me w/ a skill (dont know what) and it cooldown all my powers, pots and even mount for 2 minutes

hoping this is not a cheat that will ruin PVP

    i once "did it" to someone but i have no idea how, i killed him using dazing strike and he complained about this. it got fixed after respawning however.

    didn't manage to reproduce the bug afterwards to pinpoint it to some specific skill.
