lag spikes/disconnect from server ONLY on dungeons (and other unaddressed issues)

So that's basicaly the problem. I'm fine on protectors enclave, i'm fine everywhere. But every once in a while when i get into a DD dungeon i start getting huge lag spikes and server not responding.
This has made Dungeon Delves a complete pain in the *** for me... Specially as a cleric, where people depend on you to make the dungeon.. This not only hurts my gameplay as it hurts others. And it made it so i don't really have much fun playing this game.
On another note, beeing banned from chat shouldn't ban you from party chat... Since when you're doing dungeons you're not only prejudicating the banned person as you are prejudicating the whole party! Besides that you can get banned from chat just because 5 people decide they don't like what you're saying on zone chat... Completely utter stupidity.. at least you could make the chat ban you only for like 30mins and then if you get banned again in 24h for 2h and escalating like that..
Zone chat continues to be an incredible source of SPAM.. How hard can it be to add a Trade chat..
And the whisper system sucks so bad.. Just make a tab on the chat whenever anyone talks to you..
AH filters continue to pretty much SUCK. I mean.. how hard can it be to fix that?
These are ongoing issues since day 1. and still not addressed by the Neverwinter Team.. And they don't seem really that hard to fix tbh.. I guess this is just like PWI all over again.. Where they find exploitable bugs, and instead of fixing them they just make it so it's obsolete and ruin all those non-eploiters game experience...
I'll be happy(well not really) to edit in more issues, and comments are appreciated.
