Foundry bugs out!

It seems very random, but when entering a Foundry mission it sometimes doesn't spawn any mobs and puts you at the end of the mission with the quest log showing like it is the start. This appears more often after completing it once and trying to do the same one again. Also, I am pretty sure this is not intended since there is no exit for the area either unless you press Alt and then Exit.
