VIP Lounge Issue

This seemed to be the most appropriate place to put this, so here it is. I am a $60 package founder, but I can't seem to access the VIP lounge. I was told that you can be any rank of founder and enter it, am I wrong or doing something incorrect?

    If you go HERE
    You'll see this item listed as you scroll down ...
    MOONSTONE REGULAR
    Access the VIP section of the Moonstone Mask Tavern (account unlock)

    Then if you go HERE
    You'll see it's not listed for the Guardian.
