Map of helm's hold is missplaced

Hello.
i just entered the helms hold cathedral map and while i was donig the quests i found the map was hard to follow up, then i realized that the map is off place, for example, right now im standing at the entrance to the Sanatorium right where the mark 12 "the new market place" is, the map tells me im walking in between the buildings somwheer one could just not normally walk, if i stand right on top of the fountan, the map will tell me the fountain is southwest of my actual location.
gotta say it was really confusing getting the quests done here since the map would often give me really odd directions (often in between walls)
