Broken PVP Queue?

What is the deal with the PVP Queue's? I've got a group of 4 and everytime we Queue for pvp it gets all screwed up and some don't get the queue and some get in and it's all F'ed up. Anyone know how to get a group into PvP without getting dumped?

This is a constant problem, it's always 5v4 or 5v3 or whatever.... the queue just breaks on people.

    Right now I'm trying to queue for PVP and every time I click queue it says I'm already in PVP, which of course I'm not, I'm not even in a party. What am I meant to do? restarting the game doesn't fix it...

    Same problems every day, yet the only things getting fixed in the patches are minor things that I've not really noticed.

    I find that at times i have to log off switch toons then log back in as the original toon to fix that issue

    Does anyone know how to get into PvP!?

    Wow, now I can queue for PVP twice, that must make up for when it wouldn't let me queue earlier. This game is so broken.

    All of the above, not to mention all the DC because the servers cant handle such BS...

    How ive dealt with it to avoid unbalanced numbers:

    Now im normally leader so if I see as soon as im in a match that someones location is not in the pvp arena the rest of us have listed i kick them right away. It sucks, I hate doing that, I find it rude, but you are on a timer and have no time to actually discuss it or fix it. Normally once you kick them the timer will decrease dramatically and replacements will port in at the last moment.

    Now if you are not the leader, and you see your party on the side of the screen all in pvp arena and you are not asked to be kicked please....for the sake of the team that got in....you most likely wont be able to leave party so you need to be kicked. After being kicked, log out of client and log back in. This fixes it for me if im the one who is bugging out. It does not work if im still in the party and log out.

    The servers seem to sometimes think you are in a match still and you have even relogged, you may get dual pvp queues on your list even. ANOTHER relog fixes this particular problem for me if it occurs (and that one is pretty infrequent compared to the not porting in one)
