Do founders packs apply to already created characters?

Do founders packs apply to already created characters? Or is it only newly created characters?

I am just wondering as I bought the starter pack last night to support the devs, but nothing has shown up on my character.

    You should be able to claim all your Founder goodies through the Founder's Agent NPC in the Protector's Enclave. Right next to the Hall of Justice.
    Characters:
    - Titania Silverblade, the Iron Rose of Myth Drannor (Lvl 60 GWF, Destroyer)
    - Gwyneth, the Cowardly Cat Burglar Drowling (Lvl 60 TR, Saboteur)
    - Lady Rowanne Firehair, Heartwarder of Sune (Lvl 33 DC)
    - Satella, Sensate (LvL 44 CW, Renegade, Non-Active)

    A more detailed answer is founder packs apply on all chars that are on your account and that will ever be on your account. currently created and future created. But the starter pack as far as I am aware is only good for a specific character. not really considered a founder pack.

    The only thing that might be problematic are the character titles. I recall those being granted during the initial quests. Everything else should be reclaimable from the Founders vendor.
