Recently PvP farming bots have become rampant. I have found there is almost a bot on one side or the other for every match I play (which is around 10 hours a day worth of matches) Sometimes both teams have multiple bots. I cannot think that having bots in this game wont hurt the economy. It also hurts the enjoyment of people who legitimately enjoy PvP. I have yet to see any acknowledgement or plan to fix .. Neverwinter Twitter account wont talk to me because it seems to only talk to people who praise Neverwinter unconditionally. I am trying really hard to overlook a lot of things in order to keep having the fun I have in PvP, but bots are ruining my experience, and I would be suprised if they do not have an adverse affect on everyone. Does anyone know if I am worried about nothing and they are about to patch out the bots ? or is bot farming going to become the norm ?

Ten hours a day? I think I can see something else bad for the economy.
One thing that would solve this problem is to not award the losing side with any glory. But of course what would follow is crying from players who constantly end up on a losing side. Not only that but you'll find quitters more than you do now because at time a team is just a little bit behind they toss in the towel and don't even try even when there are no afkers and its 5v5.
But this current system rewards players for not even playing or trying to win. So they win even when they lose. What's the point in trying is their mentality and mindset. This system rewards those who give up.
Botting pvp is absolutly worthless. Pvp gear won't be worth much long. Don't think a lot of people realize how absolutly easy it is to get a full set. I've played. 4-8 matches a day since last the week and have a full set for a GWF and a GF.

lowering the rewards for the losing side would make pvp matchmaking basically pointless, unless you are a full group of p2w players decked in enchantments and what not. Those queues would start taking longer to fill like the dungeon delves and skirmishes unless you preform.

So long as the matchmaking system put premades against premades and kept gear scores about the same this shouldn't be an issue.

Please stop with the "economy" argument. The PvP farming bots only hurt two things:
- PvP experience as you're no longer facing players, but machines trying to get a profit out of the system.
- PvP gear market, as they'll probably flood it and shoot the prices down more and more.
So the only people that will suffer from this are hardcore PvP players, since they won't enjoy a balanced experience and people who make their AD revenue out of selling PvP gear. But the economy isn't hurt at all, it's working as intended.
Characters: - Titania Silverblade, the Iron Rose of Myth Drannor (Lvl 60 GWF, Destroyer) - Gwyneth, the Cowardly Cat Burglar Drowling (Lvl 60 TR, Saboteur) - Lady Rowanne Firehair, Heartwarder of Sune (Lvl 33 DC) - Satella, Sensate (LvL 44 CW, Renegade, Non-Active)

Au contraire, they would make winning meaningful. They would give you an incentive to win (isn't 700 glory good enough for you?).
Right now, losing is just as good, maybe even better since you take 1/3 of the time and 0 effort, unlike winning.

This. Nothing more is suffering from them, no economy, no market. Worst case scenario is players will be able to get full pvp gear for 10k AD or less.

Please tell me how you are doing this? I leveled from 50 to 60 in pvp only and was only able to buy 2 pieces of gear with the glory. Played a match at level 60, thought the glory gain would be more at that level, you get like 349 glory points. You know how many matches you would have to play to fully deck out? Maybe I am doing something wrong please help??????

Try to win a game when the Arena event is on. Check how many glory you can gather then.
