Dungeon Delve chest

Hi I think this is a major problem for many of us . I have recently run 10 dungeons in the space of afew Dungeon delve event in a day and 9/10 of it drop a t1 item from a t2 dungeon delve chest. You do understand that running a t2 dungeons takes a significantly bigger challenge then running a t1 dungeon but the fact that at the end after you cleared the dungeon you get rewarded with a t1 item? Is this intended because at the very least i think it should drop a t2 dungeon item irregardless of what item it is.

the t1 item is bound most of the time too, free 1g60s i guess :P
