Is there a way to adjust the screen settings out of game?

I was looking at some forum posts while the game was loading. Somehow the screen settings changed and are completely messed up. There is no way for me to change them in game, because I have hardly any idea where I am clicking. Restarting does not help.

    Start the Launcher, click on Options in the upper right and put a check next to Safe mode. When you launch the game the graphics will be in the default 'first load up' mode. Reset your graphics settings in-game and apply them.
