Cunning Stalker vs Underhanded Tactics

Having a hard time choosing between the two. Any input would be appreciated.

    Cunning Stalker. More Shocking Execution = good thing. In level 60 PVP, the player, no matter what class, that gets to use their powerful daily the most times = most likely winning most of their 1 v 1 battles.

    TR = Shocking Execution
    CW = Ice Knife
    GWF = Crescendo
    GF = Indominable Strength
    DC = Hallowed Grounds w/ Astral shield.

    I agree with that from a pvp perspective. What about PvE ? How do they compare?
    And what about putting a few points in both, any disadvantage to that?

    Even in PVE, you want to use those dailies because they can be game changers. Shocking Execution does a ton of damage to bosses so you want to build that AP up as fast as possible. Your secondary daily should be Lurker's Assault which will allow you to do a lot more damage as well as stay in stealth longer. Either way, more AP = better.

    I've decided on cunning stalker as my cha is 14, which would mean spending 5 points for a 3% damage boost to combat advantage for Underhanded Tactics. Thanks for your replies.
