ORCUS UNLEASHED






Quest title: ORCUS UNLEASHED

Quest type: This is a five man skirmish quest. Story and combat driven. Dynamic fights, multiple boss encounters, dazzling atmosphere.
Amount of Combat: Heavy: 50 hard encounters, one map.
Recommended party size: 5 standard, 3 with holy trinity
Average Duration: 20 minutes

SYNOPSIS


The Doomguide's are in desperate need for Heroes! Three infamous liches are preparing to conjure "Orcus, the Demon Prince of the Undead" to Neverwinter! It's up to you and your companions to thwart the ritual and banish Orcus back to the Abyss! Travel to the Mere of Dead Men, and breach the Cradle of Filth to confront hordes of demons and undead!

Tips and Hints:
  • Watch out for traps, they are designed to penalize players by separating them from the party
  • Be mindful of stealth and teleporting mobs
  • Make use of the whole map during hard encounters, do not isolate yourself to one area, some areas are intentionally hard to fight in, with use of effects and red splash blind-spots
  • Tanking priorities are key
  • Make surgical pulls, the encounter layout is designed to reward smart pulls, so don't just mindlessly zerg groups
  • Some mobs are meant to be ignored, and some mobs NEED to be on top of the kill order

  • Nyghorach, the Void Whisperer

    Could not believe Orcus came out this well! Environments and all fantastic! Highly recommended!
