Stuck in the Cloak Tower? Game Crashes

Anyone else having this issue i know support blah blah but i want to know if it is just my entire group or if its other people to.
The most recent Dungeon Delves we entered the cloak tower someone got dcd and never came back so we 4 maned it ( not that its hard ) got to the end a couple times before hand i had crashed trying to bring up the dmg meter. The final boss died and then instantly all of us crashed and now we cant even log back into our characters because it loads the cloak tower and then instantly crashes again.
Edit: Just had a thought , im guessing there is something wrong with the damage meter as i crashed twice trying to load it and at the end of a dungeon it pops up instantly... so ..
Edit 2: Went to try and contact support but guess what SUPPORT PAGE DONT WORK. love it... seriously wanting to go back to p2p games after the past few f2p games ive played even when f2p games make like 3x more then p2p games their support has always been completely sub par.
