Something wrong with the reward chests?

I've gotten two empty reward chest in a row.. (one in the Cloak Tower, one in a Foundry mission).
What went wrong?

Anybody else got empty reward chests?

    Your inventory is probably full and the items didnt go in. When you open a chest at the end during a delve most of the time items don't show up in the window but when you hit accept a few do go into your bags. Check your inventory space.

    I've had this happen a couple of times to me. I thought it was random (bad) luck, but you are right, might be a bug.

    While this may sometimes be the case, on the occasions when I had this happen I still had space left in my bags.

    Yeah I've gotten them also. My inventory was definitely not full.

    This happens to me nearly every time. Whenever I do a dungeon with bonus chest, it is almost always empty for me. I took screen cap of my inventory before and after... no change. If I'm doing a dungeon, I'm definitely not doing it for the "bonus" chest.

    If it was during Dungeon Delves, it doesnt show the items you get in the chest UI. It just puts the items in your inventory.

    I've seen if you are higher then the intended level of the zone, that the GUI pop-up shows nothing, but the loot still goes in your bag.
